1. Eligibility
You can request a refund of any product purchased from Nevaroq within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason. We do not ask why. We do not ask for proof. We do not delay.
2. How to request
Send an email to hello@nevaroq.com with:
- Your order number (sent in the purchase confirmation)
- The email address used at checkout
3. How long it takes
We process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method (typically credit card). Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
4. What happens to your license
After the refund is issued, your license key for the refunded product is deactivated. You are required to delete all copies of the product from your machines.
5. EU withdrawal right
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge that our products are digital downloadable goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Lemon Squeezy collects an explicit acknowledgment of this at checkout.
Our 30-day no-questions refund policy is more generous than the 14-day legal minimum, so in practice this rarely matters.
6. Abuse
If we detect that the same customer repeatedly purchases and refunds the same product, or that the product has been used commercially after a refund, we reserve the right to deny future refunds and revoke license keys.
