2. What we sell
We sell digital products — source code, boilerplates, templates, and downloadable software ("Products") — through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, and VAT/sales tax.
3. License
Each Product is delivered with its own license. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our products are licensed under a commercial license that allows you to:
- Use the Product in your own commercial and personal projects
- Modify the source code as needed
- Deploy the Product to production environments you control
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the Product as-is
- Share your license key with third parties
- Use the Product to create a competing product that resells our boilerplate
4. License keys
Some Products require a license key for full activation. License keys are issued per-purchase and tied to your purchase email. You may use one license on up to ten (10) of your own machines.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Short version: 30-day money back, no questions asked.
6. Updates and support
Each Product includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis. We do not offer SLAs or guaranteed response times unless explicitly stated.
7. Warranty disclaimer
Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that a Product will be free of bugs, meet your specific requirements, or be compatible with your environment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevaroq's total liability for any claim arising from your use of a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in Czech courts unless required otherwise by EU consumer protection law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
